Modelling and Simulation

 

RTIM section of simulation and calculation is know for their years of experience within analytical solutions and numeric calculations with the element methods (both implicit and explicit solutions).

With using these methods we can foresee how a process/activity degenerates. This helps us to identify problems early in the development phase. It gives a basis for further decisions and actions to the future and profitable production.

Calculation of Strength

We estimate the pressure effect in tools and finished products/components, and prepare a report and documentation of the testing.

Simulation

We simulate manufacturing processes as forgaes (warm and cold), extrusion, pressing, welding, bending, compression strain etc.
We have a large network both international and national around our special field.

Automatic testing

We plan and export a development testing of prototypes and series production products.  

Optimization

We analysis processes and work out optimization with consideration to such as material weight or rest tension.
We analysis components and finished products, and can carry out optimization with consideration to strength, weight or rigidly.
