Manufacturing Shop

RTIM Manufacturing design and manufacture prototypes, small production series, and mechanical components for production equipment. Our costumers are mainly within the local industrial campus, and have provided a significant revenue growth during the last few years.

The strong metal forming expertice at Raufoss is maintained as a core competence in RTIM. This tradition results in a focus on advanced and up-to-date technology to deliver prototypes, develop thermo-mechanic production processes, and material tests and analyses.
The manufacturing department combine these modern tools with our long experience and deep knowledge to manufacture samples for material testing, adapters and testing equipment.

With our current infrastructure we offer forming, thermo-treatment, milling, welding and equipment grinding. In cooperation with other companies in the Gjøvik region we provide services such as buckling, laser cutting and wire erosion, as well as most other production services.
