RTIM has core competence on automated manfacturing. This includes the following:

Design of manufacturing systems and plants with analysis of automatisation level and manufacturing process flow

Automated process monitoring and data collection

Adaptive process control of assembly and other processes

Process development of felxible assembly, including process steps, vision systems, design of flexible grippers, use of flexible robot technology.

RTIM can participate in and run R&D projects in cooperation with leading suppliers of automation equipment. We focus on finding the best total solution with a view to flexibility, reconfigurability, fast ramp-up, material flow and optimized total profitability.
