Automated manufacturing

RTIM has core competence on automated manfacturing. This includes the following:

• Design of manufacturing systems and plants with analysis of automatisation level and manufacturing process flow
• Automated process monitoring and data collection
• Adaptive process control of assembly and other processes
• Process development of felxible assembly, including process steps, vision systems, design of flexible grippers, use of flexible robot technology.

RTIM can participate in and run R&D projects in cooperation with leading suppliers of automation equipment. We focus on finding the best total solution with a view to flexibility, reconfigurability, fast ramp-up, material flow and optimized total profitability.
